Itinerary

Welcome to Italy!

Arrive at Rome Fiumicino airport and meet your tour director. Enjoy a half-day visit to Baroque Rome, including the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona, with an ice cream tasting along the way. Check into your hotel for an early night so you can rest up for the adventure ahead!

Overnight: Rome

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before a bit day of exploration! Explore Pontifical and Christian Rome with a full-day guided tour of the Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, Saint Paul Outside-the-Walls, and the Appian Way. At the end of the day, enjoy dinner and then return to your hotel.

Overnight: Rome

After breakfast at your hotel, begin with a half-day visit to Imperial Rome, including the Colosseum and Roman Forum. In the afternoon, participate in a Gladiator school activity, learning about ancient Roman military techniques. Enjoy some time to explore the city and enjoy a Roman dinner before turning in for the night.

Overnight: Rome

Bid farewell to Rome and depart early for Tuscany, where you will have lunch at a local agriturismo with an olive oil tasting. In the afternoon, take a guided tour of Siena before continuing to Montecatini.

Overnight: Montecatini (or Florence)

Start with a transfer to Florence for a half-day walking tour. After some free time for lunch, participate in a cooking class where you will prepare and taste pizza, focaccia, and ice cream. Overnight: Montecatini.

Involve an early departure to Maranello for a visit to the Ferrari Museum, followed by a drive to Mestre. Groups can also decide to skip the Ferrari Musem and have a quick visit to Pisa instead. Enjoy some free time during the journey to have a packed lunch. Continue the journey to Mestre and check into your hotel.

Today is dedicated to exploring the incredible city of Venice! Transfer to Piazzale Tronchetto and take a private boat to San Marco Cornoldi. Enjoy a half-day guided tour of Venice, including St. Mark’s Basilica, and visit an artisan mask workshop in the afternoon.

Overnight: Mestre

Next stop, Milan! After breakfast, start the journey to Milan, with a stop in Sirmione on Lake Garda for some free time and lunch. The group can also add a boat tour or make a stop in Verona. Arrive into Milan and settle in for the night.

Take a half-day guided tour of Milan, including Sforza Castle, Brera District, Scala Theater, Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, and the Milan Cathedral. The afternoon is free for shopping and personal exploration. Enjoy a farewell dinner and reminisce about your epic adventure.
