Itinerary

Arrive in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where you will be warmly welcomed by your tour director and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, enjoy some free time to explore the vibrant city or relax at the hotel. In the evening, gather with your group for a welcome dinner, where you will set intentions for the coming days, both individually and as a group.

Embark on a full-day guided tour of Rio de Janeiro, one of Brazil’s most iconic cities. Visit some of the city’s most famous landmarks, including Sugarloaf Mountain, the statue of Christ the Redeemer, and the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema. Explore the lush Tijuca National Park, the world’s largest urban forest, and take in the breathtaking views of the city. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Spend a day relaxing on the sun-kissed beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, where you can challenge the locals to a game of soccer or volleyball, take a trip to the bay, or simply sit back and soak up the sun. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in Brazilian culture with an outdoor Capoeira class, where you’ll learn the basics of this unique martial art that combines acrobatics, dance, and music.

Depart Rio de Janeiro and travel to Cachoeiras de Macacu to join an impactful conservation project at the Guapiaçu Ecologic Reserve (REGUA). In the afternoon, participate in a workshop on sustainable social impact, where you’ll learn how to broaden your vision of the world, develop new skills, and challenge your own limits.

Engage in community work at the REGUA project, contributing to conservation, reforestation, and environmental education efforts. Transfer to Conceição de Jacareí port and board a ferry to Ilha Grande, a motor-free island known for its pristine beaches and lush forests. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the island or relaxing by the water.

Spend a relaxing day on Ilha Grande, often referred to as the Brazilian Caribbean. Explore the island’s stunning beaches, including Lopes Mendes, Dois Rios, and Aventureiro, or venture into the Atlantic Forest for a different perspective of the island’s natural beauty.

Embark on an excursion to Lopes Mendes Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Take a boat ride to Pouso Beach, followed by a short hike to Lopes Mendes, where you’ll have time to relax and enjoy the pristine sands and crystal-clear waters.
