Arrive in Madrid, where you will be welcomed by your GEC tour director at the airport. After a quick lunch in a café, embark on an introductory panoramic sightseeing tour of Madrid, exploring landmarks like Plaza de la Villa, Plaza de España, and Puerta del Sol on Plaza Mayor. The day ends with a visit to the renowned Prado Museum, where you can admire masterpieces by Velázquez and Goya. After the tour, transfer to your hotel for check-in and dinner.

Explore the royal splendor of Madrid with a visit to the Royal Palace, the largest functioning royal palace in Europe. Afterward, spend free time at San Miguel Market, a hotspot for food lovers, where you can grab lunch. In the afternoon, stroll along Alcalá Street to Puerta de Alcalá and relax at the UNESCO-listed Retiro Park. Return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

Travel to the medieval city of Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the ancient city walls, the 12th-century Santa María la Blanca synagogue, and the magnificent Toledo Cathedral. Check out from your hotel and take a train to Barcelona. Upon arrival, visit Montjuïc Hill by cable car, where you’ll explore Montjuïc Castle and enjoy sweeping views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. End the day with a visit to the National Art Museum of Catalonia. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Barcelona for dinner.
