Flexible payment plans

We want to make educational travel accessible to everyone! That’s why we offer flexible payment options to fit your budget. Choose the plan that works best for you:

1. Pay Upfront & Save

   Enroll and pay the entire balance at once to secure your spot and avoid additional fees! We accept Visa, Mastercard, ATM/debit cards, and personal checks.

2. Automatic Payment Plan

   Don’t worry about deadlines! Choose our Automatic Payment Plan. You pick your payment frequency (bi-weekly or monthly) and we’ll automatically deduct installments from your bank account after a one-time $100 enrollment fee. Payments continue until 65 days before your trip.

3. Manual Payments – Stay in Charge

   Prefer to manage your payments yourself? Choose our Manual Payment Plan. You’ll receive invoices for installments spaced out over time:

   • $100 enrollment fee due upon enrollment
   • First payment of $500 due 30 days after enrollment
   • Second payment of $500 due 60 days after enrollment
   • Remaining balance due 110 days before departure

   We accept ATM/debit cards, Visa/Mastercard credit cards, and personal checks for manual payments.
